Submissions for the October 2008 print issue of CdF will close on 31 July, 2008. Reading will resume for the 2009 issue on 5 January, 2009. All stories submitted between 31 July and 5 January will be deleted unread.

Online

Scheherezade's Bequest, the online version of CdF, is published twice per year, on March 1 and September 1.

This is not a paying market. We accept submissions of poetry and flash fiction of 500 words or less and, upon acceptance, ask for non-exclusive rights to publish your work and to archive it on site. We do not accept reprints.

Please submit your work in proper manuscript format within the body of your email and include a brief bio. Please format the subject line as TITLE/YOUR NAME/ONLINE.

In Print

Cabinet des Fées is published once per year, in October.

We pay $5.00 per story upon publication. We accept submissions of short stories between 1000 and 5000 words and, upon acceptance, request the right to include your work in all editions of the magazine in which it appears (e.g. print and/or electronic). We do not accept reprints.

Please submit your work in proper manuscript format within the body of your email and include your name, postal address and a brief bio. Please format the subject line as TITLE/YOUR NAME/PRINT.
